Justin Dominguez

Justin Dominguez, P.E. is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in foundation engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger since March 2023, Justin previously held the position of Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Moffatt & Nichol from May 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included designing geotechnical components for port, marine, and flood protection structures. Prior to that, from July 2007 to April 2021, Justin worked as a Project Manager at GEI Consultants, Inc., specializing in the exploration, design, and construction of various foundation systems and flood protection structures. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, complemented by a solid foundation from Boston College High School.
