Nicole Sparks

Nicole Sparks is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving strategic marketing initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. since March 2015, Nicole leads a 13-person marketing and communications team to enhance brand strength and promote thought leadership. Previously, at State Street from March 2012 to March 2015, Nicole acted as the content lead for global marketing campaigns, collaborating with subject matter experts. Nicole's earlier roles include serving as Lead Communications Specialist at CDM Smith and Marketing and Communications Manager at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from Northeastern University, as well as a Master of Science in Communications Management from Simmons University.
