Jae Annie Tay has extensive work experience in the field of talent management and human resource development. Jae Annie currently serves as the Director of Talent at SGInnovate where they focus on building investable companies in the deep tech industry. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resource and Organisational Development at the Energy Market Authority for over a decade.

Jae Annie Tay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
