Ming Khai Lim

Ming Khai Lim serves as the Assistant Director of Partnerships at SGInnovate since November 2022, focusing on expanding Singapore's Deep Tech ecosystem by fostering collaborations among startups, corporates, investors, and government entities. Previously, Ming held the position of Project Manager at the Enterprise Europe Network Singapore Centre from 2015 to 2021, contributing to Europe’s largest innovation network. At IPI Singapore, from 2011 to 2021, Ming was the Head of Partnerships, where notable achievements included leading the TECHINNOVATION event and developing an online Innovation Marketplace. As the Head of Geospatial Operations & Development at the Singapore Land Authority from 1998 to 2011, Ming implemented strategic initiatives for geospatial technology projects. Ming Khai Lim holds multiple degrees from the National University of Singapore, including a Master of Science in IP Management, a Graduate Certificate in IP Laws, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.
