Fabian Sarsam

Fabian Sarsam has extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Know-how & Learning for both the Graphite Solutions and Graphite Materials & Systems business units at SGL Carbon since January 2010. Prior to this role, Fabian Sarsam worked at Arthur D. Little from 2005 to 2009 as the Head of Intellectual Capital Management for Central Europe, where responsibilities included consulting projects, corporate strategy development, and project management. Additionally, from 2001 to 2005, Fabian Sarsam led Research & Knowledge Management and Human Resources at Cell Consulting, focusing on establishing the Research & Knowledge Management area and overseeing various HR operations.
