Jesse Holopainen

Jesse Holopainen is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Commercial Development, Strategy, and M&A at SGN Group Oy since December 2021. In this role, Jesse focuses on shaping and executing the organization's commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and managing mergers and acquisitions to drive sustainable expansion and stakeholder value. Previously, as an Inhouse Consultant at SGN Group, Jesse supported portfolio organizations in developing effective commercial strategies. Prior experience includes functioning as a Brand Strategy Consultant at BrandWorxx and as a Teacher for the City of Espoo, along with a role as a Junior Consultant/Trainee at People and Leadership Consulting PLC Oy. Jesse holds a degree from Aalto University, attained between 2016 and 2021.
