David Plaza

David Plaza serves as the Group Chief Information Officer at SGS and is a member of the SGS Executive Committee, with experience since November 2020. Prior to this role, David spent over 21 years at The Adecco Group, where responsibilities included Regional Head of IT for Iberia, Italy, EE & MENA, and Group SVP & Business Partner for Central Services. David managed significant IT budgets, led global IT projects in HR and Business Intelligence, and played a crucial role in several mergers and acquisitions. David’s educational background includes multiple MBA degrees from prestigious institutions, along with a Bachelor's in Sport Science and a degree in IT Engineering, affirming a strong foundation in both technology and business management.
