Maricel Ocampo

Maricel Ocampo has extensive experience in IT and technical support, currently serving as the IT Project and Desktop Support Supervisor at SGS since July 2021. Previously, Maricel held positions as NOC IT at Forever 21 Call Center Services Corp and NOC Engineer at Eastern Telecom Phils., Inc., where responsibilities included fault isolation and troubleshooting across various services. Additionally, Maricel worked as a Network Engineer at Imperium IT Support and Outsourcing Inc., providing support for both wireless and wired services. An early career internship was completed at Huawei in 2011. Maricel Ocampo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, with a focus on Telecommunications Engineering, from Bulacan State University (2007-2012).
