Mohan Ganapathy

Mohan Ganapathy has extensive experience in audit and compliance roles. Mohan started their career as an HR Recruiter at Manifest Info Services and was later promoted to Senior HR. Mohan then worked as a Personal Officer Assistant and Compliance Officer at Snqs Internationals. After that, they served as a Compliance Incharge at SCM Garments Pvt Limited, handling buyer audits and legal document preparation. Mohan also worked as a Group Compliance Officer at Indus Intex Pvt Ltd, where they managed compliance activities for multiple units. Mohan then joined Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services as a Social Auditor CSR, conducting over 500 audits for clients such as Wal-Mart and The Home Depot. Mohan continued their career as an Auditor at Intertek and Eurofins, QIMA, where they conducted social compliance assessments and coordinated with various stakeholders. Currently, Mohan is working as a Lead Auditor at SGS, where they execute social compliance assessments and conducts audits for multiple clients.

Mohan Ganapathy obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bharath Institute between the years 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Nehru Memorial College, Puthanampatti from 1999 to 2002. In 1997 and 1998, they attended Eden Gardens College of Education, where they focused on SSLC and Higher secondary education, although they did not obtain a degree at that institution.
