Victor Alcaraz

Victor Alcaraz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Victor is currently the Head of Global Delivery Services at SGS since May 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, Victor worked at Amadeus as the Head of Digital Transformation Programs - Commercial Portfolio. In 2018, they briefly worked at T-Systems Iberia as the Head of Digital Division, where they were responsible for building a new digital company. Victor also has experience as the Head of Entelgy Digital at Entelgy from 2017 to 2017, where they played a pivotal role in establishing Entelgy Digital as the digital transformation company of the Entelgy Group. Before that, from 2015 to 2017, they worked at PwC España as a Digital, Data & Analytics expert, helping clients transform their business digitally. Victor held various positions at Capgemini from 2000 to 2015, including Vice President and European Account Executive. Victor also worked as an SAP Consultant & Project Manager at Siemens Business Services from 1997 to 2000. Victor started their career as a Market Analyst at the French-Romanian Chamber of Commerce in 1995 and later worked as a Tender Manager at Pinault Printemps La Redoute in 1994.

Victor Alcaraz obtained a Master's degree in Business & Economics from the Universidad de Granada in the period from 1988 to 1993. Victor then pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1992 to 1993. Additionally, they completed a post-graduate program in Economics at the Prague University of Economics and Business from 1993 to 1994. In 1994, Victor attended ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion, where they obtained a post-graduate degree in Business Economics and Finance. Later, in 2010, they attended the International Business School (IBS) - Capgemini Leadership for a year, focusing on Management, board sales, and leadership studies.
