Diana Knight

Diana Knight is a Senior Manager of Global CGI Operations at SGS & Co, with expertise in strategic direction, operational management, and client engagement within the CGI organization. Diana has a strong background in e-commerce, serving as a Global E-Commerce Manager where responsibilities included evaluating client needs, managing CGI-related discussions, and implementing automation and innovation for client growth. Previous roles include CGI Producer at Thr3D, where significant improvements in production workflow were achieved, and Project Manager at Cascades, overseeing multiple projects and enhancing quality control procedures.
