Jeff Creeden

Jeff Creeden has over 18 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Jeff worked as the Vice President of Global Operations at SGS & Co, where they led transformation initiatives and improved work processes. Prior to that, they were a Senior Director at Acosta, where they led a North American team and focused on enterprise development, mobile app development, quality assurance, and project management. Jeff also served as the Director of Information Services & Enterprise Development at Acosta, where they redesigned and rebuilt the delivery model across the organization. Before that, they worked at Mosaic North America as a Business Information Manager, responsible for evaluating products and services and providing strategic insights. Jeff began their career at Marketrend Interactive, where they managed professional services and designed B2C products.

Jeff Creeden graduated from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
