Lori Newman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems at sgsco since July 2016, Lori develops and manages a global compensation program across 15 countries and oversees the organization's incentive program. Prior experience includes directing compensation and benefits at Signature Healthcare, managing health and welfare plans for 22,000 employees, and serving as Director of Benefits at Elmcroft Senior Living, handling similar responsibilities for employees across 15 states. Lori began her career as a Compensation Analyst at Kindred Healthcare and also held a role as HR Consultant and Compensation & Benefits Manager at KentuckyOne Health. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Bradley University.
