Shelly Morgan

Shelly Morgan has over 15 years of experience in various HR and technology roles. Shelly is currently the Director of Global HR Operations at SGS & Co, where they lead a team responsible for payroll, HR systems, data management, and HR compliance. Shelly is also working on introducing new tools and technology to transition from a regional-based HR model to a global model.

Prior to their current role, Shelly worked at GAT Airline Ground Support as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition & Projects. Shelly successfully improved front line recruiting efforts and increased hires by 66% through the implementation of AI technology. Shelly also established a Project Management office and developed strategies to manage global technology initiatives.

Before joining GAT Airline Ground Support, Shelly was the Director of HRIS & Compensation at Signature Healthcare.
