Karl Tan

Karl Tan is an accomplished product leader and innovator with extensive experience in technology design and consultancy. Currently serving as Product Lead (Senior Manager) at SGTraDex, Karl previously co-founded Kruch Studio, a consultancy dedicated to democratizing design and product management for smaller businesses. At PwC, Karl led a team of 15 as the Senior Manager for Product Innovation, driving digital consulting services across Southeast Asia. Additional roles include managing UX and product design at Splash Interactive Group and contributing to significant projects at Avanade. Karl also served as an adjunct lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic, where Karl helped develop a new product management module. Karl holds a diploma in Industrial and Product Design from Nanyang Polytechnic.
