Amy Seah

Amy Seah has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Amy started their career at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore in 2000, where they held the position of Senior Manager, Remuneration Policy & Research until 2004. Amy then joined OCBC Bank as the Head of Compensation & Benefits from 2004 to 2011. Following that, they worked at SGX, starting as the VP of Compensation & Benefits from 2011 to 2019, and currently as the Head of Performance, Rewards & HRIS.
