Kb Chang

KB Chang has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. KB started their career in 1988 as a Senior Communications Engineer at Singapore Airlines and worked there until 1997. KB then joined GIC as a Deputy Director from 1997 to 2012. After that, they worked at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) as both an IS Programme Manager from 2015 to 2017 and a SOC Manager from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at SGX Group, where they hold the position of Head of IT Risk and Control, starting in February 2022. KB also previously served as Head of Service Management at SGX Group from 2017 to 2022.

KB Chang attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 1982 to 1983, where they earned a GCE A Level in Physics, Chemistry, Math, Further Math, GP (AO), and Malay as a 2nd Language (AO). KB then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree at the National University of Singapore, completing it from 1984 to 1988. In 2006, KB Chang attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Stanford Executive Programme.
