Yao Loong Ng has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Yao Loong is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at SGX since October 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer at SGX from April 2020 to September 2020. Before joining SGX, Yao Loong Ng worked at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) where they served as an Assistant Managing Director from June 2018 to March 2019 and as an Executive Director from August 2011 to May 2018. Yao Loong also gained experience at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director from 2010 to 2011 and at Citi as a Director from 2009 to 2010 and as a Vice President from 2004 to 2009.
Yao Loong Ng received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 1994. In 2004, they completed their MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
