Alena Stavnjak

Alena Stavnjak has extensive experience in the spa and wellness industry. Alena currently works as the Corporate Director of Spa, Wellness & Retail at SH Hotels & Resorts, where they are responsible for global spa and wellness development, branding, and strategy. Alena has also held the position of Director of Spa and Retail at 1 Hotels, where they managed the opening and operations of multiple hotel properties. Alena has a strong focus on sustainability and wellness, as seen in their roles as a Sustainability & Wellness Council Member at the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association and a committee member of Elevating The Guest Wellness Experience at the International Luxury Hotel Association. Alena is the founder of SESPAA, a regional spa wellness association, and has served as the President of Global Wellness Design & Consulting. Prior to their current roles, Alena held various spa management positions at Viceroy Hotel Group, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, and EDITION. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Alena Stavnjak obtained an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
