Clio Knowles

Clio Knowles is the current Chief People Officer at SH Hotels & Resorts. Clio has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with SH Hotels & Resorts since 2013. Prior to their current position, they were the Chief People Person at Virgin Hotels from July 2013 to January 2022. Before that, they were with CK International and Kerzner International for over 9 years, where they held the position of Vice President, Global Human Resources.

Clio Knowles has a BA in Liberal Arts from Barry University, an Exec Education from Harvard Business School in Business & Leadership, and a Dramatic Arts degree from East 15 Drama School. Clio also has an International Baccalaureate in Liberal Arts & Economics from UWC-USA.

Clio Knowles reports to Raul Leal, CEO. Clio Knowles works with Matt Erickson - President, Food & Beverage, Abhay Bakaya - SVP, Development, and Sara Sullivan - Chief Financial Officer.
