Tavya Chang Kin Kee

Tavya Chang Kin Kee has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on human resources and people operations. Tavya currently serves as the Executive Director of People at SH Hotels & Resorts. Prior to this, they held various roles at 1 Hotels, AccorHotels, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, The Plaza Hotel, and JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa. Tavya has a strong background in talent management and culture development.

Tavya Chang Kin Kee holds a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University, obtained in 2021. Tavya also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, earned between 2005 and 2007. In addition, Tavya holds a BSc in Tourism Management from The University of the West Indies, obtained from the St. Augustine Campus between 2000 and 2003. Tavya completed their secondary education at Naparima Girls High School from 1993 to 2000. Tavya also has received certifications in Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2015 and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People from FranklinCovey in 2008.
