Nikita Nayak

Nikita Nayak serves as the Associate Director and Head of User Experience and Design at Shaadi.com since April 2022, having previously co-founded Women At The Table to build a community focused on resource exchange and collaborative initiatives for women in business. Prior to these roles, Nikita was a User Experience Designer at Deloitte from June 2016 to February 2022, where innovative business solutions were designed for various Fortune 500 clients. Additionally, Nikita contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at Pearl Academy, teaching User Experience Design. Early career experiences include an internship at CSM Technologies, where design concepts were developed for a municipal website, and as a Graphic Designer intern at Sanket Communications Pvt. Ltd. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design with a focus on User Experience from Symbiosis Institute of Design.
