Kelsey Fallon is currently a Clinical Supervisor at SHABANI INSTITUTE. Prior to this, they worked as a High School Teaching Assistant at The Mardan Foundation of Educational Therapy, Inc. and as a Research Assistant at University of California, Irvine.
Fallon has always been interested in helping others. As a High School Teaching Assistant, they assisted with the instruction of special education high school students with intellectual, social, behavioral, or emotional difficulties. Kelsey primarily assisted in English literature, history, life skills training, and physical education classes, but also led small-group instruction in English literature and life skills training.
At University of California, Irvine, Fallon worked as a research assistant under Dr. Wendy Goldberg (Department of Psychology and Social Behaviors) and Dr. Yuqing Guo (Department of Nursing). In this role, they managed weekly group communication and scheduling, assisted with coding observable behaviors in mother-child pairs, helped to lead meetings and reported notes to lab members. Kelsey also designed, implemented and maintained lab organization among lab members and professors. As a result of their hard work, they were able to present study results at the Western Psychological Association Conference in April 2016 and UCI's Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program Symposium in May 2016.

Kelsey Fallon has a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Northridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English Literature from UC Santa Barbara. Kelsey is also certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
