Erik Gallegos

Erik Gallegos is a software engineer with diverse experience in various roles and industries. Erik currently works at Seesaw Learning as a Software Engineer. Prior to that, they were employed at Appstem where they served as a Lead Mobile Developer, providing support to other developers and assisting with project planning and client interactions. Erik also worked as a Mobile Developer at Appstem, where they built a variety of mobile apps and expanded their skill set. Erik has also taken on roles at COSMOS as a Resident Advisor and Computer Science Tutor, where they provided academic support to high school students and helped them understand key computer science concepts. Additionally, they worked at ThoughtSTEM as a Workshop Leader and Mentor to teach K-12 students coding skills. Earlier in their career, they gained industry experience as a Software Engineer Intern at ViaSat Inc., where they worked on implementing a mobile broadband system.

Erik Gallegos completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, studying from 2009 to 2014.
