Matt Bourassa

Matt Bourassa currently serves as Vice President of Development at Shadowbrook Development, a role held since November 2022. Prior to this position, Matt was at RBmarks Construction, where Matt advanced from Preconstruction Manager to Vice President of Preconstruction from November 2020 to December 2022, overseeing the Estimating Department and collaborating with the Business Development and Marketing teams. Matt has also held preconstruction roles at Andrew General Contractors, Inc. from November 2015 to February 2020, and worked as Planning Manager and Project Manager at Advanced Millwork from January 2011 to November 2015. Early in the career, Matt gained experience as a Project Manager at 1220 Exhibits from January 2006 to December 2010. Educational background includes attendance at Morning Star.
