Nagendra Kumar

Nagendra Kumar has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources. Nagendra started their career at Adecco Flexione as a Sr. Associate in 2006, and then joined Reliance Retail Ltd in 2007 as the Chief Manager of Human Resources, where they worked for over 10 years. In 2018, Nagendra joined Doodhwala as the Head of Talent Acquisition for IT & Non IT roles. Nagendra then moved to Shadowfax in 2019 and held various positions including HR Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and currently, they are serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Nagendra Kumar obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University in 2004. Nagendra later pursued an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur, which they completed between 2014 and 2016.
