Brittany Sison

Brittany Sison has a strong background in product development and management. Brittany currently holds the position of Product Director at Shady Rays Polarized Sunglasses since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Product Director at SPY from April 2018 to December 2021. Before that, they worked as a Product Development Manager for Sporting Goods at Aqua Lung from May 2016 to March 2018. From November 2015 to April 2016, Brittany was the Director of Product Development at SPY, where they led the lifecycle of all product lines, managed a team of developers and designers, and oversaw their career development. Brittany also served as the Product Manager/Product Development Manager at SPY from October 2011 to November 2015. Brittany began their career at BAE Systems as a Project Coordinator for New Product Development from April 2010 to September 2011. Brittany also held the positions of Design Coordinator for DES from October 2008 to March 2010 and Customer Relationship Management Team Lead from January 2007 to September 2008 at BAE Systems. Before that, they worked as a Customer Support representative at HealthLine Systems, Inc. in 2006 and as a Front Office Manager at Sunnyside Optometry from January 2002 to July 2005.

Brittany Sison attended California State University-San Bernardino from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development.
