Deny Setiawan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fashion and retail industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Shafira Corporation since July 2010, where significant achievements include leading the Zoya brand to multiple awards for best hijab and Muslim attire from 2014 to 2017 and expanding its market share through product diversification and a digital platform. Prior roles at Shafira Corporation included Vice President, overseeing market expansion and partnerships, as well as positions as General Manager and Sales Manager, where Deny was instrumental in rebranding and increasing sales. Previous experience includes a General Manager role at PT. Cipta Kreasi Mandiri Perkasa and sales management positions at PT Warna Mardhika and Almanda Nuansa Cipta. Shafira Sanggar Muslimah Clothing was initiated by Fenny Mustafa in 1989, as a contemporary answer to his concern about Muslim women's clothing being unattractive and, at that time, tending to be out of date. Shafira's name was inspired after she established prayers at the Salman Mosque, ITB. This name is taken from the word "Shaf" which means "Sturdy Line", Shafira is expected to be a solid line in preaching Islamic clothing to Muslim women.
