Isabel Thomas

Isabel Thomas is the Head of Offices at Shaftesbury PLC. Prior to their current role, they were an Asset Manager at Aviva Investors from January 2016 to March 2021. In their role at Aviva, Isabel was responsible for maximizing the performance of Central London office assets through the initiation and implementation of value enhancement opportunities, including development, refurbishment, and leasing activities. Isabel also oversaw the day-to-day management functions of the portfolio to meet the evolving needs of office occupiers and maximize net operational income.

Isabel is a experienced professional with a proven track record in successfully delivering value enhancement projects and creating a clear vision and market positioning for each individual asset. Isabel has strong relationships with agents in the Central London property market and is well- positioned to continue their success in their current role at Shaftesbury PLC.

Isabel Thomas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Geography from UCL. Isabel then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Kingston University. Isabel is also certified from RICS in Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
