Benjamin Siracusa Hillman

Benjamin Siracusa Hillman is an experienced attorney at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. since October 2011, specializing in estate planning, probate litigation, and elder law, with a focus on diverse client needs. Prior roles include serving as a Brennan Fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union, where litigation involved First Amendment and privacy issues, and as a law clerk for the United States Federal Courts. Additional experience includes project management for the Court-Appointed Monitoring Team for the Oakland, CA Police Department and paralegal work at Relman, Dane & Colfax PLLC, focusing on discrimination cases.
