Hadir Shereba has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2008, they started their career as an Account Manager at Olive Advertising, where they worked until 2011. Hadir then joined Zeven Communications as an Account Manager for a brief period from 2012 to 2013. In the same year, they founded Creative Foods and served as the Founder & Managing Partner until 2016. Hadir then joined Victorylink as a Digital Account Manager from 2016 to 2017. Hadir then transitioned into the tech industry, joining Crowd Analyzer in 2018. Hadir held various roles in customer success, starting as a Senior Customer Success Manager from 2018 to 2019, then becoming a Customer Success Team Lead from 2019 to 2021, and finally serving as the Director of Customer Success from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they worked as a Customer Experience Manager at MaxAB before joining Shahry as the Head of Customer Experience.

Hadir Shereba obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the International Academy for Engineering and Media Science (IAEMS) from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2004, they attended Modern English School where they earned an American Diploma.
