Sourabh Jain

Sourabh Jain began their career at Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd in 2015, working as a Network Support Engineer. Sourabh was responsible for supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN problems, managing men power, and coordinating with vendors. Sourabh then joined HRH Group of Hotels as an Assistant IT Executive in 2016.

In 2017, Sourabh transitioned to AM Research, where they initially worked as a Research Analyst before being promoted to Associate Project Lead. At AM Research, they gained experience in project leadership and research analysis.

In 2019, Sourabh joined Simform as a Senior Data Analyst, where they focused on analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making.

Most recently, Sourabh joined Shaip in 2021 as a Business Analyst Strategy for APAC & Europe. Sourabh was involved in developing strategies and providing analysis for the company's AI training data platform. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Executive Business Analyst - Strategy, where they continue to contribute to Shaip's AI solutions.

Sourabh Jain completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Sourabh has obtained various certifications. Sourabh completed "The Non-Technical Skills of Effective Data Scientists" certification from LinkedIn in December 2022. Prior to that, in June 2022, Sourabh completed the "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning" certification also from LinkedIn. Sourabh acquired other certifications from LinkedIn, including "Learning LinkedIn Sales Navigator" in March 2022, "Salesforce for Sales Managers" in February 2022, "Strategic Thinking" in February 2022, and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" in February 2022. Sourabh also obtained a vocational training certification from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, specifically "Bsnl Vocational Training," although the exact month and year are not provided.
