Allison Oesterle has over a decade of experience in food technology and product development, currently serving as Vice President of Global Quality Assurance & Commercialization at Shake Shack since May 2015. Oesterle has held various leadership roles within Shake Shack, including Director of Product Development and Quality Assurance, Director of Research & Development, and Senior Director of Product Development and Quality Assurance. Prior to this, Oesterle was the Director of Product Development at Zaxby's Franchising, Inc. Oesterle holds a Master's degree in Food Technology from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
