Chelsea Dekis

Chelsea Dekis has an extensive background in construction and project management, currently serving as the Director of Construction at Shake Shack since February 2014. Prior roles include Senior Construction Project Manager and Construction Project Manager at Shake Shack, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the entire construction process, including scheduling, financial management, and compliance with LEED guidelines. Previously, Chelsea worked as a Project Manager for Shawmut Design and Construction from April 2007 to February 2014, managing project execution and documentation. Early career experience includes positions as Assistant Project Manager and Architectural Consultant at A.W. Hastings, focusing on client relations and design consultation for Marvin Window and Door products. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Historic Preservation and Art History, along with a minor in Architecture from Roger Williams University.
