Jay Livingston is the current Chief Marketing Officer at Shake Shack. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at BARK from July 2017 to January 2019. At BARK, they were responsible for growth and marketing and oversaw all digital, traditional, affiliate, influencer, and social marketing, as well as PR, sponsorships, and partnerships. Under Jay's leadership, BARK generated over $200MM in revenue in 2018 and went public in 2021.


Before joining BARK, Jay worked as an investor and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Bank of America from January 1994 to December 2014. During their time at Bank of America, they were responsible for the bank's global marketing efforts.


Jay has extensive experience in marketing and has proven himself to be a successful leader. Jay is a strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Jay is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.


Jay Livingston attended Miami University for their Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Minor in Political Science. Jay then attended Webb School of Knoxville for their field of study.
