Jim Frisch is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in international culinary and product development. Currently serving as the Director of International Culinary & Product Development at Shake Shack since February 2018, Frisch has also held positions as Senior Manager and Manager within the same department. Prior to Shake Shack, Frisch was the Director of Innovation & Key Account Executive at Rema Foods Inc. and a Product Developer at US Foods. Frisch began culinary training as Chef de Partie at Eleven Madison Park and has roots in various culinary roles, including Commis at Corton Restaurant. With a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Elon University and a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center, Frisch combines a strong academic background with practical culinary expertise.
