Jocelyn Daly

Jocelyn Daly is an experienced professional in the food service and health coaching industries, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving at Shake Shack since March 2015, Jocelyn has held various roles including Senior Manager Field Training, Senior Manager NSO Strategy, Regional Training Partner, and National Training Manager. Prior to Shake Shack, Jocelyn worked at Fresh Food Management, LLC, and Freshii as a District Manager, overseeing franchise training and operations. Earlier experience includes a position as a Nutritionist at Nemechek Health Renewal, focusing on health coaching and pre-operative consultations. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Coaching & Nutrition from the University of Iowa, earned between 2005 and 2009.
