Jonathan Vandegrift

Jonathan Vandegrift has over two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Shake Shack since February 2007, where roles have included Director of Operations and General Manager. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Cafes @ MoMA from September 2004 to February 2007 as an Assistant General Manager/General Manager and held the position of Front of House Manager at Tabla from November 2002 to September 2004. Jonathan holds a degree from Cornell University, graduating in 2002.
