Lori Silinskie

Lori Silinskie serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations at QSL Management, a role assumed in December 2024, focusing on leadership in expanding territories and enhancing operational systems. Prior to this, Lori held the position of Vice President of Operations at Distinctive Living for a brief period starting in June 2024, where efforts were concentrated on improving management contract retention and compliance. From January 2021 to January 2024, Lori was the Vice President of Operations at Integral Senior Living, and previously, from January 2020 to January 2021, held the title of Regional Vice President at Solvere Living. Lori's extensive experience includes serving as the President, CEO & Founder of Tykaris Senior Living, a company dedicated to private senior housing management and consulting, operating from January 2014 to January 2021. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Pre-medical curriculums from the University of Virginia, graduating in January 1988.
