Katie Fogertey

Katherine Fogertey is the Chief Financial Officer at Shake Shack since June 2021 and a member of the Society of Fellows at The Culinary Institute of America since October 2022. From April 2005 to December 2020, Katherine held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs, focusing on Global Investment Research, which included roles as a Restaurants Analyst and leader in Derivatives Research with a notable publication, the Weekly Options Watch. Prior experience includes a Research Analyst role at Kennedy Capital Management and a summer internship at Bear Stearns. Katherine holds a BSBA in Accounting, Finance, and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis and a high school diploma in Mathematics from Visitation Academy.
