Stephanie Sentell

Stephanie Sentell currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Shake Shack, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Stephanie held various senior leadership roles at Inspire Brands, including SVP Company Operations and SVP Restaurant Operations & Innovation from June 2020 to June 2024. At Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., tenure spanned from November 2016 to June 2020, where roles included SVP of Restaurant Excellence and SVP Product Development & Menu Delivery. Earlier experience at Arby's included VP of Brand Marketing and Director of Marketing from December 2012 to 2016. Stephanie also owned a franchise and served as Director of Marketing and Manager of Marketing at Dairy Queen from March 2001 to August 2012. Initial career experience included serving as an Account Executive at Foote, Cone & Belding from May 2000 to March 2001. Stephanie earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls between August 1996 and May 2000.
