Patricia Atallah

Patricia Atallah is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Shakepay since July 2024 and a Member at Counselwell since January 2024. Previously, Atallah held the position of Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Trolley from January 2022 to July 2024, and held legal counsel roles at Québecor and SNC-Lavalin between April 2021 and April 2021. Early in the career trajectory, Atallah worked as a lawyer at Robinson Sheppard Shapiro and Lapointe Beaulieu, Avocats, and started as a junior lawyer at Gilbert Simard Tremblay in 2014. An educational foundation includes a CCCA Business Leadership Program in In-House Counsel from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a Common Law J.D. from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) also from the University of Ottawa.
