Harriet Bauer

Harriet Bauer has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Harriet began their career in 1988 at Raytheon Company, where they worked as a Compensation Analyst/Employment Representative. Harriet'sresponsibilities included developing and maintaining salary plans, counseling managers on salary policies, and recruiting non-technical professional and non-exempt positions.

In 1991, they joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant, where they worked until 1993.

From 1993 to 1999, Harriet worked at East Ohio Gas Company as a Manager, Compensation and Human Resource Administration.
