Mariana Aguirre is an established professional with extensive experience in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and as a University Lecturer on applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatic in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
