Piyush Dave is an experienced R&D Manager at Shakespeare Company since June 2017, focusing on the development of Single and Bi-component monofilaments, including biodegradable options. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr Process Engineer at Suominen Corporation, where project leadership improved product quality and efficiency, and at Albany International, where management of process engineers and quality assurance initiatives was emphasized. Piyush's background also includes a position as a Quality/Process Engineer at Universal Fiber Systems LLC, specializing in polyester and polyamide development, as well as operational management at Reliance Industries Ltd for a PET POY Continuous Polymerization Spinning Plant.
