Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a member and corporate partner at Ampa, Andrew leads the Stratford upon Avon and Solihull offices of Shakespeare Martineau, where responsibilities include providing a wide array of transactional and non-transactional legal advice. Since joining Coventry & Warwickshire First in 2015, Andrew has been actively involved as a board member and past chair, focusing on fostering business relationships and offering valuable insights through events. Previous roles include partnerships at Denton Wilde Sapte, Howes Percival, Wragge & Co LLP, and a position as a solicitor at Lawrence Graham. Andrew holds an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge.
