Daniel Jennings

Daniel Jennings is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation, particularly focusing on company, director, and shareholder disputes, as well as fraud claims and tax litigation. Currently a partner at Shakespeare Martineau since August 2020, Daniel also serves as a member of Ampa - Legal & Professional Services. Previously, Daniel was a partner at Wright Hassall LLP from February 2007 to August 2020, where leadership of the Defamation and Privacy litigation team was a key responsibility, emphasizing reputation management. Daniel’s legal career began as a trainee solicitor at DLA Piper from September 2004 to August 2006, transitioning to a solicitor role at Wragge & Co LLP before becoming a partner. Educated at the University of Birmingham with an LLB and LLM in Law and Commercial Law, Daniel also attended Warwick School and Emcote Lawn.
