Josh Morley

Josh Morley is a Legal Planning Solicitor at Shakespeare Martineau since September 2021, specializing in advising developers and individuals on all aspects of the planning process, including negotiating planning obligations and addressing both non-contentious and contentious planning and environmental matters. Previously, Josh served as a Trainee Solicitor at Rotheras Solicitors, gaining experience in commercial property, company and commercial law, dispute resolution, employment, and residential conveyancing. Prior roles included Commercial Property Paralegal and Residential Property Paralegal at Nelsons, where oversight of residential development plot sales and support for administrative conveyancing tasks were key responsibilities. Josh holds a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Nottingham Trent University.
