Justin Giles has extensive experience in ticketing and sales within the theater industry, having held multiple positions at Shakespeare's Globe since January 2002, including Head of Ticketing and Sales, Head of Box Office, Box Office Manager, Deputy Box Office Manager, and Box Office Assistant. Additionally, Justin serves as Co-Chair of the Ticketing User Group at Tessitura since March 2020, contributing to industry standards and practices in ticketing.
