Chalene Roase

Chalene Roase has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Chalene is currently the Director of Human Resources at the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Starkey Hearing Technologies as a Human Resources Director from March 2019 to July 2020, where they also served as a Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Talent Acquisition Consultant in previous roles. Before joining Starkey Hearing Technologies, Chalene worked at Express Scripts as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner from June 2008 to December 2012. Chalene started their career at FICO as a Campus Recruiting Associate from April 2007 to June 2008, and prior to that, they worked at Target as a Campus Recruiting Specialist and Merchandise Coordinator from November 2005 to April 2007.

Chalene Roase obtained their Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota between the years 2000 and 2004. Chalene majored in Fine Art with a concentration in Journalism and Mass Communication.
